- The School will take place at CAB premises at Villafranca-ESAC campus. Please bring your Passport with you. You will receive a badge and must carry it with you at all times during the day.
- There will be a bus available to transport the participants from the hotel to CAB in the mornings and back in the afternoon.
- The buses will depart from the hotel NH Alberto Aguilera at 08:30h and go back from ESAC at 18:15h (Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6) and 16:45 (Thursday 7).
- IMPORTANT: There will be no passenger control, which means the bus will not await for you. Please, try to be in place at least 5 minutes in advance.
From the airport to the hotel
- By Metro:
- From all Terminals (T1, T2, T3 and T4): line #8 (pink) to "Nuevos Ministerios". Then change to line #6 (grey) to "Argüelles".

- By taxi: A taxi services from Airport to the hotel typically costs 30-40€.
From the hotel to the School dinner (Restaurante "La Botillería del café de Oriente")
- Address: Plaza de Oriente, 4
- By Metro: Line #2 (red line): From metro San Bernardo to metro Opera. Three stops. From metro Opera to the restaurant is just 3-5 minutes walking.
- On foot: You can go on foot from the hotel to the restaurant in about 20 minutes.

Public transportation to ESAC
ESAC is in the middle of nowhere and difficult to reach by public transport. So, if you miss the bus...
- How to reach ESAC by taxi. This is the recommended option (although it costs 60€ approx..).

- Some indications of how to get ESAC (Spanish)
- Tiempo Aproximado: 30 min (sin atascos)
- Distancia: 30 km
- Saliendo de Madrid a la altura de Moncloa (Arco de la Victoria), siga las indicaciones de la A-6 dirección A-Coruña.
- Una vez situado en la A-6, siga las indicaciones Villalba - A Coruña.
- Abandone la A-6 en la Salida 11 y tome la M-40 dirección Badajoz (A-5), N-IV, N-V.
- Continúe en la M-40 durante aproximadamente 4 Km.
- Abandone la M-40 en la Salida 41 y tome la M-503 dirección Majadahonda/Pozuelo.
- Continúe en la M-503 siguiendo las indicaciones A-Coruña A-6.
- Abandone la autovía en la Salida 9 dirección Villanueva de la Cañada (aunque abandone la autovía, la nueva carretera continúa siendo la M-503).
- Diríjase recto tanto en la primera rotonda como en la segunda.
- Transcurridos 4Km aproximadamente, tome la Salida 18 dirección ESA.
- Finalmente, tome la salida indicada por el signo de la ESA en la rotonda.

- Approximate Time: 30 min in non-peak hours
- Distance: 30 km
- Exiting Madrid from Moncloa (Arco de la Victoria), follow the signs to the A-6 highway in the direction of A Coruña
- Once in the A-6, keep on following the signs of Villalba-A Coruña
- Leave the A-6 highway at junction 11 onto the M-40 highway towards Badajoz (A-5), N-IV, N-V.
- Continue on the M-40 for approximately 4 km.
- Leave M-40 highway at junction 41 onto M-503 towards Majadahonda/Pozuelo.
- Continue on the M-503 following A Coruña A-6 signs.
- Leave at Junction 9 towards Villanueva de la Cañada (although you have left the highway you are still on the M-503).
- Go straight ahead towards Villanueva de la Cañada at the 1st and the 2nd roundabout.
- After 4 Km exit at Junction 18 towards ESA direction.
- Finally, at the roundabout take ESA exit.

- How to reach ESAC by bus:
There is a bus line (#627) from Moncloa bus station to Brunete that it stops in a rondabout 1.5 km to ESAC.
